These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OptimizedStoreFinder ("App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), a Shopify application provided by A Bunch of Creators ("Company").

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Description of Service

OptimizedStoreFinder is a Shopify application that helps merchants create and manage store location pages with SEO optimization features, including structured data markup, XML sitemaps, and a storefront widget.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have a valid Shopify store
  • Have authority to bind your organization to these Terms

3. Account and Access

  • You access the App through your Shopify account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Plans and Pricing

  • Subscription plans and pricing are displayed in the App and on our website
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4.2 Billing

  • Billing is processed through Shopify's billing system
  • Charges appear on your Shopify invoice
  • All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy

4.3 Refund Policy

  • Full refund available within 7 days of initial paid subscription
  • No refunds after 7 days; you may cancel to prevent future charges

4.4 Free Trial

  • 14-day free trial available on all plans
  • No credit card required for trial
  • Trial automatically ends unless you subscribe

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Use the App to send spam or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
  • Exceed usage limits of your plan

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

The App, including its code, design, and documentation, is owned by A Bunch of Creators and protected by copyright and other laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all location data and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use it solely to provide the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

  • Google Maps / Mapbox for mapping
  • Google for geocoding and address lookup
  • Shopify for billing and storefront integration

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • The App will meet your specific requirements
  • Any particular SEO results will be achieved

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Any amount exceeding fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A Bunch of Creators from any claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may uninstall the App at any time through your Shopify admin.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your location data will be archived for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
